IB Hair Studio & Kosmetik attaches great importance to inclusive access to its services – including online. We strive to design our website to be as accessible as possible.

 

This declaration is based on the legal principles of Swiss law, in particular:

 

• Article 8 paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation – prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of disability,

• Federal Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (BehiG),

• Ordinance on the Elimination of Discrimination against People with Disabilities (BehiV).

 

Even though there is currently no legal obligation for private companies to ensure complete accessibility of digital content (as of 2025), we take our social responsibility seriously and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our content.
